Due to a succesful international tender Expedit Nodum Ltd. attended the summer school of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology on New Food Product Development.
The European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) Food organized an international Summer School event on New Product Development in Warsaw, Poland between 25th of August and 1st of September, 2018. The Summer School targeted professionals from small and medium sized companies to improve their skills in new product development.
As Expedit Nodum Ltd. successfully applied for the tender of the EIT, we got this unique opportunity. From hundreds of applicants 25 companies were chosen, those skills and experience seemed proper.
The unique course highlighted the diverse aspects of product developments: we got a comprehensive view on the various environments of the new product developments, on the modern methodology of the analysis of the constantly changing social demands, on the process of prototype elaboration and on the challenges of market introduction.
Participants from different countries gained knowledge of the tools, techniques, and methodologies used in the process of new product development in the food industry. During the eight days of the course several seminars provided opportunities to experience the practical applications and to learn the elaboration methods of introducing innovations to the market.
The gained knowledge contributes significantly to the implementation of new product and service developments and wide spreading new experiences leads to higher efficiency.
Our attended expert’s new skills and knowledge on product development, as well as his successful completion of the school, was appreciated with a certificate by the organizers.
