On 12-14., October, 2017. will be organized the XLII. Conference of the Hungarian Nutritional Sciences Association. On the occasion the experts of Expedit Nodum will present comparative studies on the thermal and enzymatic hydrolysis of distinctive carbohydrates with the aim of obtaining oligosaccharides with enhanced prebiotic features and functional food application perspectives.
